1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the bg3 website and services at bg3.im, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published on this platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the bg3 platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and bg3 management.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without any refund.
You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration. False or inaccurate information may result in immediate account suspension.
Bg3 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Required documents may include a valid national ID or passport.

Security & Password

You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and your account secure. bg3 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence.
Any suspicious activity on your account should be reported immediately to the bg3 support team at [email protected].
You are prohibited from sharing your login credentials with any third party.

3. Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct

All bg3 users are required to comply with the following usage rules at all times:

Fraud prohibited: Any attempt to manipulate games, exploit software bugs, or use automated software (bots) to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
Money laundering prohibited: The bg3 platform must not be used for any money laundering activities or illegal financial transactions.
Promotion abuse prohibited: All promotions and bonuses are for the sole use of the registered account holder. Misuse of the promotions system, including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses, is strictly prohibited.
Respectful conduct: Users are expected to conduct themselves respectfully in all interactions on the platform, including live chat rooms. Profanity, threats, or harassment directed at dealers or other users will not be tolerated.
Personal device use: bg3 accounts must be accessed from personal devices only. bg3 reserves the right to investigate any signs of unauthorised access from multiple locations or devices.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice.

4. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the bg3 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include online bank transfers via FPX, local e-wallets, and Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards.

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the deposit page within your account. Successful deposits are typically credited to your account balance within minutes. bg3 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. Full identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal. Processing times are between 1 and 5 business days, depending on the chosen payment method.

Bonus and promotion terms: Bonus funds are subject to the wagering (rollover) requirements stated in each promotion's terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until the rollover requirements have been fully met. bg3 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse.

Any transaction disputes must be submitted to the bg3 support team within 30 days of the transaction date.

Bg3's total liability to any user under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

Bg3 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, breach of terms, suspicious activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Any valid funds remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal once verification is complete and there are no outstanding claims.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bg3 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of bg3 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from bg3.

Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

The bg3 platform may contain links to third-party websites. bg3 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. Users access such links at their own risk.
